    Temple View Residents Delight in Street Party

    A Hamilton, New Zealand suburb was abuzz as neighbors celebrated tricks and treats together on Halloween.

    Adults and children moved from house to house, from garage to garage collecting goodies and playing carnival-like games of skill.
