Missionaries Help with New Zealand Hospice Shop Relocation

While visiting a local hospice shop recently, Alan Barnett, a leader in the Waipukurau congregation of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, asked if there was any way that members of the Church could provide service to the volunteer organisation.

As a result, this month a team of 12 full-time missionaries from the Church went along and helped the 20 or so other volunteers in the relocation of the hospice shop to a new site in Waipukurau.

Store manager Lisa Watson and assistant manager Holly Clark expressed sincere gratitude for the service rendered.
