Latter-day Saints Mark Anniversary of Relief Society

This week Latter-day Saint women around the Pacific Area are marking the anniversary of the establishment of one of the world's oldest and largest women's organisations—the Relief Society.

The organisation was formed on 17 March 1842 in Nauvoo, Illinois, United States.
