Mormon Artists Paint Murals for Maternity Ward Patients and Staff

“Community and Christmas spirit have overtaken the maternity ward of Waitakere Hospital,” Auckland’s Western Leader newspaper reports this week.

“Six key artists have designed murals to showcase Maori, Pacific, Indian, Asian, African and European cultures.”

Yesterday, the Latter-day Saint artists and hospital staff learned the murals won an inter-hospital decoration competition.
