'Angels' Bring Gifts to Pre-School in Talau, Tonga

During a recent school assembly, Hosea Christian Pre-School principal, Dorothy Nawadradra, told the children that "angels have come this afternoon and they brought a huge present for you!"

The curious kids showed much excitement when local Latter-day Saint leader, President  Lotoviko Saipa'ia, and members of his congregation unloaded the truck of supplies.

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, in partnership with Furniture for Schools Charitable Trust, donated tables and chairs for students and teachers, including some other equipment and toys.

In his remarks, Saipa'ia stressed the importance of education and how happy the Church members are to help the children.

Mrs. Fetutuki, one of the teachers at the school gave the closing remarks thanking the Church and Furniture For Schools for the donations and promised that they will be "put to good use by their students and teachers."
