#LIGHTtheWORLD: Day 15 in the Pacific

The “Light the World” Christmas initiative theme for 15 December was “Jesus worshiped through song and so can you.”

Rangi Mori (Chick) Tarawa-Rameka of Hamilton, New Zealand has been singing hymns and other sacred songs since age 12 when “mum took me off to a choir."

Although not enthusiastic in the beginning, her love for sharing sacred music is now an important part of who she is.

“When we feel of the love of our Heavenly Father we cannot help but pass it on,” she said.

As part of Auntie Lil’s choir she sang at the VIP reception at the Hamilton Temple Lights and will perform again on Christmas Eve.

The Hamilton Temple Lights celebration runs through 31 December, with choirs performing Tuesday to Saturdays through 24 December.
